模锻工艺与模具设计是一个经验积累和知识集成的过程。为实现优化设计的目标,利用知识工程的理论,综合开放性知识库、知识管理系统以及基于知识逻辑推理技术的支持,以Unigraphics NX为开发平台,采用混合开发模式,建立基于知识的模锻设计系统。从而有效地利用已有的知识和经验,提高设计过程的自动化程度和效率,扩展系统的应用范围与稳定性。
Forging process and mold design is a process of accumulation of experience and knowledge integration. In order to achieve the goal of optimal design, this paper uses the theory of knowledge engineering, integrated open knowledge base, knowledge management system and the support of knowledge-based logical reasoning technology. Based on Unigraphics NX, a hybrid development model is adopted to establish knowledge-based forging design system. In this way, the existing knowledge and experience can be effectively utilized to improve the degree of automation and efficiency of the design process and to expand the application range and stability of the system.
