The coral formations of the Early Carboniferous in China can be divided into six assemblages, in order from bottom to top. 2) Caninia dorlodoti or Kassinella-Lophophyllum densum, 3) Cystohrentis or Enygmophyllum-Kakwiphyllum qingh-aiense, 4) Pseudouralinia or Siphonophyllia oppressa, 5) Thysanophllum asiaticum or Orinastraea haitoutalaensis-Dorlodotia (1) Ceriphyllum elegatum 6) Yuanophyllum. The figure is the demarcation between order and Wei-Zei Order or Orinastraea, 6) Yuanophyllum. The boundaries of the order and Wei-Zei-zhi are marked at the top of the Siphonophyllia oppressa band. The era of the YuAnophyllum belt extends from Vee Zei late to early Mueller. According to the characteristics of the coral fauna, three biogeographical zones are distinguished: the Tianshan-Qilian, Bayan-Kara-Sanjiang and Yangzi areas.
