本文报道菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒—延边株(姑称 PrGV—Y)的研究结果。本病毒从旱金莲花草(TroPaeolum mαjus L)上的自然罹病幼虫中分离得到。幼虫在更换其宿主时,对 PrGV—Y 株表现较大的毒性差异:用旱金莲叶饲养的幼虫 LC_(50)为3.5×10~(-7),用甘兰叶饲养的幼虫 LC_(50)2.5×10~(-6);以10~(-4)的高浓度病毒悬液感染幼虫时,其死亡率分别为95.6%和83.8%。本文还探讨在菜粉蝶幼虫的人工饲育和病毒生产上,用旱金连叶粉作其半纯饲料,以增高幼虫的感染发病率,有利于病毒生产。
This article reports the results of the study on the cabbage butterfly granulosis virus Yanbian strain (aka PrGV-Y). The virus is isolated from naturally diseased larvae on TroPaeolum mαjus L. The larvae exhibited greater toxicity to PrGV-Y strain when their hosts were replaced: the LC 50 value of the larvae was 3.5 × 10 -7, ) 2.5 × 10 ~ (-6). When the larvae were infected with 10 ~ (-4) high concentration of virus, the mortality rates were 95.6% and 83.8% respectively. This article also discusses the cabbage butterfly larvae artificial breeding and virus production, the use of dry gold leaf powder as its semi-pure feed, in order to increase the incidence of larvae infection, is conducive to the virus production.
