针对油田三次采油三元复合驱注入溶液,即减(NaOH)+1275A聚合物(PAM)1200mg/L+表面活性剂(ORS)体系对井下金属管柱的腐蚀问题进行了试验研究.在室温常压、高温高压条件下就该三元体系对井下金属管柱、井下工具所用的J-55钢、45号钢及其保护层等6种试样的腐蚀情况进行了试验,并研究分析了该三元复合体系对金属管柱及工具的腐蚀机理,试验结果为油田注入三元体系金属管柱防腐蚀保护层的选择提供了依据。
