采用电泳法、微量细胞毒法和免疫双向扩散法测定了我国7个动物地理区9个采集点小家鼠(Mus musculus)13个基因位点的多态性,统计和计算了基因频率和遗传距离,并作了聚类分析,研究表明9个采集点的小家鼠可分为3类,在遗传特性方面各具特点,存在着一定的差异。作者还讨论了小家鼠的特色基因及其作用。
The polymorphism of 13 loci in Mus musculus was detected by electrophoresis, micro-cytotoxicity assay and two-dimensional immunodiffusion method in nine geographic regions of China. The genetic frequency and heredity Distance, and clustering analysis, the study showed that 9 collection points of the Mus musculus can be divided into three categories, in the genetic characteristics of each have their own characteristics, there are some differences. The authors also discuss the characteristics of Mus musculus genes and their role.
