贵州省在校长培训的实践中摸索出学校领导团队的培训模式,该模式以“推动学校发展”为总目标,采取以学校为单位,正职校长、德育副校长和教学副校长分批参与的同一主题不同侧重点的培训,以学校领导团队建设为突破口,在培训方式上集参与式培训、理论学习、交流研讨、实地诊断考察、校本课题研修为一体,在培训评价上采取重心后移,强调校长培训后的行为改变与学校发展变革,实现了校长培训模式的变革,推动了校长培训与学校发展面临的实际问题的衔接,进而提高了校长培训的质量。
