材料力学是一门与工程实际结合十分紧密的科学,材料力学实验是材料力学课程不可分割的组成部分,实验教学是培养学生动手能力的重要教学环节。互等定理实验装置足将难懂的、抽象的理论通过实验教学这个环节转变得容易理解、易于接受,它使理论教学与实验教学融会贯通。通过几年的实验教学证明,该实验有助于提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,加深了对互等定理的理解,调动了学生的学习兴趣,使学生由被动学习变为主动学习,收到了良好的教学效果。该文叙述了该实验的原理、实验装置和实验过程。
