1.间隙对冲件断面质量的影响。 冲裁间隙的大小对冲件的断面质量有密切关系,可从图5中四种不同间隙所获得的工件加以分析。 1)间隙过大:冲裁时由于金属在间隙内形成了弯曲,拉伸,撕裂,在实际剪切过程中,凸模刃边的剪切滑移线与凹模刃边的剪切滑移线,是从α_1α不同角度滑移至近似相交,因此得到的剪切断面及工件平面不好。
