本文采用SOD/LPO作为反映荷瘤小鼠过氧化系统与抗氧化系统间关系的指标,观测了几种营养性抗氧化剂(V_E、V_C及Se等)对荷瘤宿主淋巴样器官LPO、SOD水平的影响及其与肿瘤增长的关系。结果表明,Se(Na_2SeO_3 1mg/kg体重)和V_E(5mg/kg体重)能显著增加荷瘤宿主淋巴样器官SOD/LPO比值,并抑制癌细胞的增殖,几种抗氧化剂联合应用时效果更为显著,提示这些抗氧化剂在淋巴样器官中的抗氧化作用可能与维持机体免疫功能相关。表明抗氧化剂在防癌、抗癌中的作用、机制及其应用值得进一步研究。
In this paper, SOD/LPO was used as an indicator to reflect the relationship between the peroxidation system and the antioxidant system in tumor-bearing mice. Several nutritional antioxidants (V_E, V_C, Se, etc.) were used to measure LPO and SOD levels in tumor-bearing host lymphoid organs. The impact and its relationship with tumor growth. The results showed that Se (Na_2SeO_3 1mg/kg body weight) and V_E (5mg/kg body weight) can significantly increase the ratio of SOD/LPO in tumor-bearing host lymphoid organs and inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells.
