百色水利枢纽是珠江流域综合利用规划中治理和开发郁江的一座大型骨干水利工程,该项目已列入国家《国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》,也是西部大开发的重要基础设施项目之一,工程自2001年10月主体工程开工以来,在水利部的关心支持下,经业主、设计、监理、施工单位的密切配合、共同努力,2002年10月实现了大江截流,2003年迎来了工程施工的高峰年。 目前,工程建设进展顺利,截止2003年6月底,累计完成投资119554万元,占工程总投资的22％;其中中央预算内资金32762万元,中央预算内专项资金35497万元,地方配套资金30046万元,国家开发银行贷款21249万元;累计完成土石方开挖690万m~3(其中土方280万m~3,石方410万m~3),占总工程量的123％,土石方填筑113万m~3,占总工程量的65％,混凝土浇筑77万m~3,占工程量的25％。
