本文针对辽宁省水工程设计中的实际情况,在认真总结经验的基础上,对流域特大暴雨重现期进行了探讨;根据不同地区的产流特点,提出了分层扣损的饱和产流及非饱和产流模型;建立了辽宁中部平原区的“三水”转化模型;提出了综合经验单位线转换为瞬时单位线的汇流计算方法;在小流域设计洪水计算上,建立了推理公式辽宁法和概化过程线法。形成一套适合辽宁特点的无资料地区设计暴雨洪水计算方法。
In this paper, according to the actual situation of water engineering design in Liaoning Province, on the basis of a careful summary of experiences, this paper discusses the recurrence period of heavy rainfall in the basin.
