当前,我国农村实行了生产责任制。有些人说;《创业史》宣传了错误的政策,梁生宝不是先进人物典型,而是一个犯了严重错误的人物。我以为这种看法是不正确的。首先,把生产责任制与农业合作化对立起来,把前者看成是对后者的全盘否定,既不符合党的农业政策,也不符合农村的实际情况,因而是荒谬的。中央明确指出:我国农业必须坚持社会主义集体化的道路,坚持土地等基本生产资料公有制长期不变,集体经济实行生产责任制长期不变。生产责任制这种新的劳动方式适合我国农村的情况,能够调动广大农民的积极性,迅速发展农业生产,必须坚 At present, China’s rural areas have implemented the system of production responsibility. The Central Committee made it clear that the agriculture of our country must adhere to the road of socialist collectivization, insist that the public ownership of the basic means of production such as land lasts for a long period of time, and that the system of production responsibility in the collective economy lasts for a long period of time. The new mode of labor for production responsibility is suitable for the situation in our country’s rural areas. It can arouse the enthusiasm of the vast number of peasants and rapidly develop agricultural production.
