天然气脱水装置在运行过程中,由于地层采出的天然气中的含有的酸性气体、盐等在脱水过程中溶解在三甘醇溶液中,形成酸性或腐蚀性介质,容易造成脱水装置换热盘管腐蚀穿孔的问题,影响到天然气生产站场脱水系统的正常运行。本文通过分析换脱水装置热盘管腐蚀穿孔的因素,从换热盘管内、外层进行涂层处理工艺的原理出发,提出对换热盘管进行防腐处理的措施,旨在减小酸性气体和盐份电解质对换热盘管的腐蚀,提高换热盘管的使用寿命。
