土压平衡盾构土舱压力的设定对于控制盾构掘进对周围环境影响意义重大。结合某超大直径隧道工程,在土舱隔板和盾构掘进断面上埋设水、土压力计,对土压平衡盾构土舱内和开挖面上的水、土压力的分布和变化情况进行研究。监测结果揭示了土压平衡盾构掘进过程中土舱压力和开挖面水、土压力分布和发展特性。结合盾构施工参数进行研究,发现土舱压力增量可以通过螺旋机转速、盾构掘进速度等施工参数计算得到。开挖面上水、土压力无法完全传递至土舱隔板,土舱压力增量约为开挖面总应力增量的76.3%。研究成果为超大直径土压平衡盾构的土舱压力设定提供了有价值的参考。
Earth pressure balance shield soil pressure setting for controlling the impact of shield tunneling on the surrounding environment is of great significance. Combined with a large diameter tunnel project, water and earth pressure gauges are buried in the clapboard of the bulkhead and shield tunneling. The distribution and changes of water and earth pressure on the earth pressure balance shield earth and excavation face are carried out the study. The monitoring results reveal the earth pressure, excavation surface water pressure and earth pressure distribution and development characteristics during the process of earth pressure balance shield tunneling. Combined with the construction parameters of the shield, it is found that the increment of the pressure in the soil tank can be calculated by the construction parameters such as the screw speed and the speed of shield tunneling. Excavation of surface water, earth pressure can not be completely transmitted to the soil bulkhead, soil pressure increase of about incremental excavation surface total stress of 76.3%. The research results provide a valuable reference for the setting of the pressure in the earth pressure of the super large diameter earth pressure balance shield.
