柳江县是少数民族地区偏远县,共有县、乡、村三级小学100多所,县乡之间不仅办学条件和办学环境差距非常大,且生源结构复杂,学生素质参差不齐。虽然实施课程改革已经好几个年头,但我县小学数学课堂教学还普遍存在着“满堂灌”的现象,大部分教师对教材的理解、把握、驾驭能力较为欠缺,学生对数学学习没有信心,课堂教学效益低下。为了改变我县小学数学课堂教学现状,提高课堂教学的实效性,我县教研室依托《小学数学能力提升》项目,通过构建一种文化、两种能力、三个结合、三种模式
Liujiang County is a remote county in ethnic minority areas. There are altogether more than 100 primary schools of three counties, townships and villages. Between county and townships, there are not only great differences between the conditions for running schools and the environment for running schools, but also for students with complicated student structures and varying student qualities. In order to change the current situation of primary school mathematics classroom teaching in our county and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, our county teaching and research department relies on the project of “primary school mathematics ability improvement”, through building a culture, two abilities, three combinations, three modes
