教练员必须经常对训练方法加以评价,以便提高训练效果,发挥训练的最大作用。最好的训练方法是那些能模仿实战、能开阔教练员思路的方法。每个教练员都有自己惯用的训练方法,通过对训练的名个方面进行评价,能改进训练,使运动员产生更大的训练热情,加大训练强度,加强训练纪律。下面列举的主要事项都是值得教练员在准备训练过程中认真考虑的。①为训练项目命名对每一训练项目命名,其目的是使运动员明确每一训练目的,了解其步骤。比如“两球大强度训练”指的是以最大强度,在指定区域进行的,同时使用两个球的训练。
