血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同工酶的测定已广泛用于肿瘤的诊断和发病机理的研究。据报道,脑、肺、胃、结肠、乳腺,肾和前列腺等恶性肿瘤患者及白血病等患者血清LDH总活力及LDH同工酶酶谱均有改变(1~8),但尚未发现食管癌患者血清和组织LDH,总活力及LDH同工酶的研究报道。我们测定了28例食管癌患者血清LDH总活力及LDH同工酶,同时分析了22例食管远癌组织、近癌组织及癌组织中LDH同工酶酶谱的转移规律。
The determination of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and its isoenzymes has been widely used in the diagnosis and pathogenesis of tumors. According to reports, serum LDH activity and LDH isoenzymes in patients with malignant tumors such as brain, lung, stomach, colon, breast, kidney, and prostate, and leukemia have been changed (1 to 8), but no patients with esophageal cancer have been found yet. Serum and tissue LDH, total viability, and LDH isozymes were reported. We measured serum total LDH activity and LDH isoenzymes in 28 patients with esophageal cancer. The metastatic patterns of LDH isoenzymes in 22 esophageal cancerous tissues, cancerous tissues, and cancer tissues were also analyzed.
