本文报告40例轻、重度新生儿窒息时血清钙浓度变化,发现窒息儿血钙浓度降低,且与窒息严重程度有关,结果分析如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 新生儿出生时有重度窒息(Apgar评分<4分)21例,其中有缺血缺氧性脑病13例。轻度窒息(Apgar评分4~7分)19例。早产儿5例,足月儿35例。体重≥2500g34例,<2500g6例。产式:异常分娩27例,正常分娩13例。对照组13例均为足月顺产儿,出生体重≥2500g,Apgar评分8~10分。 1.2 症状与体征 肌张力增高13例,肌张力降低19例。拥抱反射增强11例,减弱9例,消失3例。抽搐6例,中枢性呼吸衰竭2例。 1.3 方法 采血时间为生后24h之内,均为股静脉采血。由我院检验科采用日本岛津产7200型全自动生化分析仪测定血清钙浓度。 1.4 统计学分析方法 数据以±s表示,应用t检验。

Hugging reflex enhancement in 11 cases, weakened in 9 cases, disappeared in 3 cases. Twitch in 6 cases, 2 cases of central respiratory failure. 1.3 Methods Blood collection time within 24 hours after birth, are femoral vein blood.
