采用HBV DNA转染细胞(2.2.15细胞)为靶细胞,用Ara—Amp为阳性对照药,观察在不同浓度下山竹子根95%乙醇提取物对2.2.15细胞表达HBsAg、HBeAg的影响。结果表明:山竹子根95%乙醇提取物在195~780μg/ml的浓度范围内,对2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg、HBeAg有抑制作用。
HBV DNA transfected cells (2.2.15 cells) were used as target cells, and Ara-Amp was used as a positive control drug to observe the effect of 95% ethanol extracts of Pinus bungeana on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in 2.2.15 cells at different concentrations. The results showed that the concentration of 95% ethanol extract of P. bracteatum in the concentration range of 195-780μg/ml inhibited the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg from 2.2.15 cells.
