目的建立气相色谱-质谱联用测定工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的方法。方法工作场所空气中的乙二醇醚用活性炭采样管采集,二氯甲烷-甲醇(15+85,V/V)溶液解吸,DB-624毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-质谱法定性定量。结果 12种乙二醇醚类化合物可完全分离,测定的线性范围、最低检出浓度、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率、准确度、精密度、样品稳定性均符合GBZ 210.4—2008中要求;对使用了含部分上述乙二醇醚涂料的3类场所30个样品进行测定,共检出4个阳性样品,乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯4种化合物,且与原料标示成分一致。结论本法可用于工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 12 kinds of glycol ethers in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The ethylene glycol ether in the air of the workplace was collected with an activated charcoal sampling tube, desorbed with methylene chloride - methanol (15 + 85, V / V), and separated on a DB - 624 capillary column using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results 12 kinds of glycol ether compounds were completely separated. The linear range, the lowest detection concentration, the sampling efficiency, the breakthrough capacity, the desorption efficiency, the accuracy, the precision and the stability of the samples all met the requirements of GBZ 210.4-2008 ; The use of some of the above-mentioned sites containing glycol ether paint 30 samples were measured, were detected four positive samples, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate Esters, ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate four compounds, and the ingredients marked the same line. Conclusion This method can be used to monitor 12 kinds of glycol ethers in the air of workplace.
