作者采用氩激光脉络膜切开术作为视网膜脱离手术时视网膜下液引流的方法,共对24例原发性孔源性视网膜脱离患者施行了巩膜扣带术,其中硅胶浅层巩膜环扎22例(91.7%),未用硅胶者2例(8.3%)。巩膜作放射状切开,切开位置在巩膜扣带基部的为23例(95.8%),在扣带基部之后的为1例(4.2%)。切开巩膜后详细检查有否脉络膜大血管存在,如有则另选位置。所有24例患者均采用Briff150型氩激光光凝器作脉络脉切开,脉络膜膨出部暴露之后,用纤维海绵彻底揩干,激光器之顶部探入脉络膜1毫米。多数患者激光束直接垂直于脉络膜膨出部,少数后部位置引流者激光束采取轻度的斜角,注意避开黄斑部。功
