通常在生产中是以电气自动化技术加以控制风机监视系统的应用最为广泛,故将PLC应用到风机监视系统的设计中。依据PLC设计的基本原理,确定以三菱型号为FX2N-16M的PLC为主控制器,基于GX works2软件和Visio软件,采用梯形图编程方式,设计控制程序,并逐步分析所设计程序运行功能的可行性,实现风机监视系统点动和持续转动的切换,同时还可以通过指示灯的闪烁情况即时的反映出风机运转状况。通过对风机监视系统的设计及PLC控制的研究,证实了PLC控制技术在风机监视系统的可行性。
