皮肤纹理的观察久已为人们所重视,在儿科具有辅助诊断的意义,人类皮纹图形在胚胎早期即已形成,且有“一生不变万人不同”的遗传特征。近年来发现皮纹在染色体畸变及先天性遗传疾病和白血病患儿中对较大变异,可作为这些病的辅助诊断指标,新生儿皮纹的分析则可作为初步筛选的一种手段。1985年10~12月,我们对宁夏地区101例新生儿进行了手、足皮纹图形的检查,取得了正常值,现报告如下:
The observation of the skin texture has long been valued by people. In the pediatric diagnosis, the dermatoglyphical pattern of human dermis has been formed in the early embryo and has the genetic characteristics of “different life span”. In recent years, it has been found that dermatoglyphs have greater variation in chromosomal aberrations and congenital genetic diseases and leukemia in children, which can be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicators for these diseases. Neonatal dermatoglyphics can be used as a preliminary screening method. From October to December 1985, we examined the hand and foot dermatoglyphics of 101 newborns in Ningxia and obtained normal values. The report is as follows:
