目的了解天津市某三甲医院护理队伍的现状,针对存在的问题,结合有关政策和工作实际,提出促进护理队伍专业化、职业化的对策建议。方法对2016年底687名天津市某三甲医院护理人员的学历、年龄、职称、科室分布情况等相关信息进行统计分析和评价。结果 2016年12月底天津市某三甲医院护理人员共687人,其中,男性12人,女性675人,平均年龄(31.35±9.91)岁;本科学历307人,(44.69%),大专学历322人,(46.87%),中专及以下58人,(8.44%);<35岁491人,(71.47%),50~55岁25人,(3.64%);正高级职称人员有1人,(0.15%),副高级职称7人,(1.02%),中级职称人员175人,(25.47%),初级504人,(73.36%)。687名天津市某三甲医院护理人员分布在20个临床及ICU等科室,其中,内系科室10个,共有护理人员270人,外系科室10个,共有护理护理人员179人,ICU护理人员71人,其他科室护理人员167名。结论天津市某三甲医院护理人员仍然未达到国家标准,仍需加强护理资源的配置,以确保医院护理工作安全有效的运行。
Objective To understand the status quo of nursing staffs in a top three hospital in Tianjin and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the professionalization and professionalization of nursing staffs in light of the existing problems and in combination with relevant policies and work practices. Methods By the end of 2016, the author carried out statistical analysis and evaluation on the relevant information of 687 nursing staff in a top three hospital in Tianjin, including their academic record, age, professional title and departmental distribution. Results At the end of December 2016, there were 687 nursing staff in a top-level hospital in Tianjin, of whom 12 were males and 675 were females, with an average age of 31.35 ± 9.91 years; 307 undergraduate degree holders (44.69%), 322 college degree holders, (46.87%), secondary technical secondary school and below 58 people, (8.44%); <35 years old 491 people, (71.47%), 25 to 50 years old, (3.64% ), 7 associate professors (1.02%), mid-level titles 175 people (25.47%), 504 junior (73.36%). A total of 687 nursing staff in a top three hospital in Tianjin were distributed in 20 clinical and ICU departments, including 10 internal department departments, 270 nursing staffs and 10 external department departments. There were a total of nursing staff and ICU staff 71 167 people in other departments and nursing staffs. Conclusion The nursing staff in a top three hospital in Tianjin still fail to meet the national standards, and the allocation of nursing resources still needs to be strengthened to ensure the safe and effective operation of hospital nursing.
