《纲要》指出:幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位。在幼儿园的体育活动中,我们不仅仅只局限于课程中的体育活动,而是在晨间还开展了“快乐五分钟”以及相同年龄段混班的“分区体育活动”。我园的分区体育活动,是根据不同年龄段特征设计的体育活动。我们根据不同的身体发展目标,分成了滑梯区、球类区、投掷区、钻爬区、平衡区、跑跳区、小车区、力量区八大区域,游戏时幼儿根据自己所选择的区域进行混班游戏。它并不是单纯的传授技能,也不等同于一般的身体锻炼,而是一种全方位的教育,最终能够促进幼儿的全面发展。
