２００１年，世界局势变幻不定。世界经济发展遭遇到近２０年来前所未有的困难，美国、日本和欧盟三大经济体步伐进一步放缓。而中国却在这一年里书写了“十五”计划蓝图的员好开局，经济建设取得令人瞩目的新成就；今年我国国内生产总值有望比上年增长７．３％左右，年初确定的经济增长目标完全能够达到。而且，北京申奥成劝、ＡＰＥＣ会议在上海的圆满举行、中国加入世贸组织等大事使得世界瞩目中国，为中国经济的员好表现喝彩──中国经济真可以称得上是一枝独秀。未来，我们期待着中国成为世界经济体系中真正重要的角色
