目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定保心宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:Hypersil BDS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(26.25:8.75:1.08:63),检测波长286 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 ml·min~(-1)。结果:丹酚酸B浓度在7.46~149.10μg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为保心宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Baoxinning capsules. Methods: Hypersil BDS C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (26.25:8.75:1.08:63). The detection wavelength was 286 nm and the column temperature was 30°C. Flow rate 1 ml·min~(-1). Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of salvianolic acid B and the peak area in the range of 7.46-149.10 μg·ml -1 . The average recovery was 100.8% and the RSD was 1.0% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used as the quality control of salvianolic acid B in Baoxinning capsules.
