2000年12月5日至7日,陕西某报连续3天在二版以半版篇幅,对当地一家烟草企业的一种品牌香烟进行持续报道。 对这种连篇累牍的香烟新闻,笔者颇感困惑。媒体不许做香烟广告,却可以以新闻形式正经八百地宣传报道香烟,岂不荒唐? 笔者了解香烟的“矛盾性”:一方面,吸烟对人体健康有害;另一方面,烟草业税利大,甚至是一个地方财政的重要来源、支柱产业。
