在智慧农业的传感器数据采集系统中,从系统抗干扰性能考虑,传感器的输出信号与采集系统是不共地的,这就需要设计隔离放大器,将传感器的输出信号尽量不失真地传输给采集系统。为此,使用高线性度模拟光电耦合器HCNR200设计了两种隔离放大器,分别能对单极性电压和双极性电压进行隔离传输。介绍了根据不同的输入电压计算电路参数的方法,并给出相应的电路原理图。最后,通过试验验证了所设计电路的正确性和可行性。
In the smart agriculture sensor data acquisition system, considering the anti-interference performance of the system, the sensor output signal and the acquisition system are not common, which requires the design of an isolation amplifier, the sensor output signal is transmitted as far as possible without distortion to the acquisition system . To this end, the use of high linearity analog optocouplers HCNR200 designed two isolation amplifiers, respectively, unipolar voltage and bipolar voltage isolated transmission. The method of calculating circuit parameters according to different input voltages is introduced, and the corresponding circuit schematics are given. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the designed circuit are verified through experiments.
