目的评价Ｘ线平片、ＣＴ对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析４１例眼眶爆裂性骨折的影像学表现，１１例经平片检查，３６例经ＣＴ检查。结果眶内壁骨折平片主要为患侧筛窦密度增高，眶内缘不清，眶下壁骨折主要表现为上颌窦上壁不清。ＣＴ除显示骨折外还显示眶内脂肪、眼外肌的疝出和嵌顿情况，眶下壁骨折时冠状位扫描优于轴位扫描。结论疑有眶爆裂性骨折时可首选ＣＴ检查，平片着重观察眶缘是否清晰、完整和鼻窦的透亮度。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT in orbital blowout fracture. Methods The imaging findings of 41 cases of orbital blowout fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Eleven cases were examined by plain film and 36 cases were examined by CT. Results The orbital wall fracture plain film was mainly due to increased density of ipsilateral ethmoid sinus, orbital rim unclear, orbital wall fractures mainly for the upper wall of the maxillary sinus unclear. CT in addition to showing fractures also showed intraorbital fat, extraocular muscle hernia and incarceration, orbital wall fracture coronal scan better than the axial scan. Conclusion Suspected orbital blowout fracture may be the first choice of CT examination, plain film focus on whether the orbital margin is clear, complete and sinus permeability.
