编辑同志:1年前,我和某化妆品公司签订了一份为期3年的劳动合同。公司跟我们每一位应聘者书面约定,必须干满3年才可以辞职,否则要根据未满年限向公司承担违约金。前不久,我找到了一份更好的工作,于是向该公司提出辞职。公司表示可以同意我辞职,但我必须以2个月的工资作为违约金。请问我该不该赔偿违约金?读者齐某
