根据船舶总公司1991年科技交流网站活动计划,本网与中国造船工程学会轮机学术委员会船电学组共同筹备,于1991年11月4日～8日在四川省成都市联合举办了“船电新技术应用暨学术会议”。本次学术会议共征集到论文54篇,经船电情报网与船电学组分别邀请有关专家审定选用46篇,分成两个分册预印出版。会议期间另有三篇论文分别在会上作了宣读和资料交流。参加本次会议的有船舶总公司系统、交
