花土沟-格尔木输油管道是世界上海拔最高、落差最大的输油管道,管输原油凝点为33.5℃,且沿线条件艰苦、社会依托差。分析了花格管道年输量由200×104t增至400×104t时沿线各站的运行参数及启泵、启炉情况。以进站油温42℃为标准,分别计算了冬季、夏季大乌斯站在热力越站和非热力越站两种工况下管道各站的出站油温,并通过计算加热炉的功率分析启炉情况;基于原油的粘温曲线,计算得出各站间管段原油的运动粘度;由泵的特性曲线得出多台泵并联情况下泵的特性;通过计算各站进站、出站压力,得到沿程摩阻损失和各站的启泵数据。
