教学内容:面对冲突活动设计思路:冲突是人际关系中无法避免的情境。本活动通过五个不同场景中的冲突类型引入,介绍不同的处理冲突方式,并设计一些典型的场景来训练学生处理冲突的基本技能。活动目的:1、引导学生了解处理冲突的五种模式。2、学习建设性处理冲突的方式、自我肯定反应的特征。3、掌握自我肯定的反应方式在生活中应用的技巧。实施方式:案例分析、情境练习、讨论共享
Teaching Content: Confronting Conflict Activities Design Ideas: Conflicts are unavoidable situations in interpersonal relationships. Introduced by different types of conflicts in five different scenarios, this activity introduces different ways to deal with conflicts and designs typical scenarios to train students in the basic skills for dealing with conflicts. The purpose of activities: 1, to guide students to understand the conflict management of the five modes. 2, learn constructive approach to deal with conflicts, self-affirmation response characteristics. 3, master self-affirmative reaction skills in life.
