目的研究中草药醇提液对产不同基因型超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)的抑菌效果及有效药物对质粒接合传递实验的作用,为临床治疗产ESBLs A.baumannii的感染提供参考。方法采用纸片扩散法测定20种中草药醇提液对产ESBLs A.baumannii的体外抑菌效果,并采用二倍稀释法测定中草药醇提液的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),选取抑菌效果较好的中草药醇提液作用于A.baumannii质粒的接合传递实验。结果 20种中草药中,五倍子、黄连、蒲公英和乌梅醇提液对产不同基因型ESBLs鲍曼不动杆菌表现出了一定的抑制作用,其中五倍子的抑菌效果最显著,抑菌圈可达25.0mm,MIC值最低为0.391 mg/ml,且抑制了A.baumannii质粒的接合传递实验。结论五倍子对产ESBLs A.baumannii抑菌效果较好,可为临床抗菌药物的研发提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal alcohol extract on Acinetobacter baumannii producing different genotypes of ESBLs and the effect of effective drugs on plasmid conjugation and delivery experiments. ESBLs A. Baumannii infection for reference. Methods The antibacterial effect of 20 Chinese herbal alcohol extract on ESBLs-producing A. baumannii was determined by disc diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Chinese herbal alcohol extract was determined by double dilution method. A good Chinese herbal alcohol extract was used in the conjugation of A.baumannii plasmids. Results Among the 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, gallnut, berberine, dandelion and fructus mume were effective in inhibiting the growth of Acinetobacter baumannii with different genotypes of ESBLs. Among them, the antibacterial effect of Chinese nutgall was the most significant, with the inhibition zone reaching 25.0 mm, the lowest MIC value was 0.391 mg / ml, and the conjugation of A.baumannii plasmid was inhibited. Conclusion gallnut on the antibacterial effect of producing ESBLs A. baumannii is good, which can provide reference for the development of clinical antimicrobial agents.
