现代经济的特征是不断发展。中国经济改革的直接目的是为了加快经济发展。然而,随着改革的推进,中国经济体系中却出现了许多有悖于发展的现象。对此,理论界许多学者已从经济运行的原则方面提出了自己的认识及政策主张。本文试图从发展责任配置模式的新角度考察改革与发展的内在联系,评价正在实施的改革思路并阐明我们的观点。 The modern economy is characterized by continuous development. The direct purpose of China’s economic reform is to speed up economic development. However, as the reform progressed, many phenomena that run counter to development have emerged in the Chinese economy. In response, many scholars in theorists have put forward their own opinions and policy proposals on the principles of economic operation. This article tries to examine the internal relationship between reform and development from a new perspective of the model of responsibility allocation, evaluate the reform ideas that are being implemented and clarify our view.
