“吊白块”,一种化工原料,工业用漂白剂;米粉,一种大米深加工食品,常用作早餐。这两种东西本来风马牛不相及,却在武汉等地硬是被“搅”在了一起……于是,引发了一场米粉市场的“打吊(白块)战”。 记者6月28日在湖北省卫生厅卫生监督处打假办公室采访时,正好遇上该厅展出其食品卫生打假专项斗争第一阶段成果。在机关大厅右侧的系列案件展中,武汉市围剿“毒米粉”的案例被陈列在最显著的位置(见图1)。

These two kinds of things had been irreconcilable, but in Wuhan and other places was hard to be “mixed” together ... ... So, triggered a rice noodle market, “fight hanging (white block) battle.” When interviewed by the anti-counterfeiting office of the Health Supervision Office of Hubei Provincial Department of Health on June 28, the reporter happened to meet with the office to display the results of the first phase of the special struggle for food hygiene crackdown. In the case series exhibition on the right side of the hall, the case of “poisonous rice noodles” in the city of Wuhan was displayed in the most prominent position (see Figure 1).
