抚顺石油二厂使用1Cr5Mo钢管作为石油裂解炉管,管中物料是经过一次提炼后的减压渣油。含硫量高达0.20~0.26%,管中油入口温度380℃,出口温度500℃,渣油在管中波加热分解,再次提炼出一些石油产品。加热炉炉膛温度是720~820℃。燃料气的成份含量为(体积计):38.6%CH_4;5.9%H_2,0.24%H_2S,其他为高碳有机气体。经过多年使用后,一些炉管因严重腐蚀而报废,为了查清腐蚀损坏的原因,对报废管以及未经使用的新管进行金相检验。包括低倍宏观检查、高倍显微组织、显微硬度以及电子探针微区成份分析,现将观察结果简述如下。

After years of use, some furnace tubes were scrapped due to severe corrosion. In order to find out the cause of the corrosion damage, metallurgical tests on scrapped tubes and unused new tubes were carried out. Including macroscopic macroscopic examination, high magnification microstructure, microhardness and electronic probe micro-composition analysis, the observations are summarized as follows.
