用水基钻井液钻泥页岩地层时,由于泥页岩中粘土矿物具有较强的水化分散作用,造成井眼膨胀、缩径及井壁坍塌等井下复杂事故。为此研制了一种泥页岩水化反应活性低、价格便宜、无环境污染及适应性强的钻井液抑制剂AC-34。该剂是由淀粉经水解、缩聚,与Al~(3-)络合而成的一种络合物抑制剂。现场实验表明,AC-34抑制性强,配伍性好,钻进液流变性易调,钻进过程中井壁稳定,井眼规则,井下正常,满足了钻井施工的要求,取得了较好的经济效益。
When using water-based drilling fluid to drill shale formation, the clay minerals in shale have a strong hydration and dispersion effect, which causes complex downhole accidents such as wellbore expansion, diameter reduction and wall collapse. Therefore, a drilling fluid inhibitor AC-34 with low hydration reactivity, cheap price, no environmental pollution and strong adaptability was developed. The agent is formed by the hydrolysis of starch, polycondensation, complexed with Al ~ (3-) complex inhibitor. Field experiments show that AC-34 has strong inhibition, good compatibility and easy rheology of drilling fluid, stable borehole wall during drilling, regular borehole rules and normal downhole, which meets the requirements of drilling construction and achieves better economy benefit.
