分析了24针底壳零件的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件的排样方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计。某些精度高的弯曲部位采用分步弯曲,逐渐成形,最后整形的方式,以达到高精度要求,并用图示对这些弯曲成形过程进行了较详细地说明。凸模的设计也采用多种结构形式,既保证了工作零件强度,又便于制造。该模具具有结构紧凑、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。
The structural process and stamping process of the 24-pin bottom shell parts were analyzed. The layout of the parts, the overall structure of the mold and the design of the main components were introduced. Some high-precision bending parts using step-by-step bending, gradually forming, the last way of shaping, in order to achieve high precision requirements, and the use of these curved forming process described in more detail. Punch design also uses a variety of structural forms, both to ensure the strength of the working parts, but also easy to manufacture.
