The formation of Japanese enterprises in the modern era is based on the traditional “feudal clan” as a basis for a face-lift, adhering to the “fan feudal community” character. After World War II, the rapid development of Japanese enterprises pushed Japan’s economy to the pinnacle of the world economy. However, with the end of the Cold War and especially the violent impact of the wave of economic globalization, the traditional “Japanese model” has been shaky. Fighting bloody battles by enterprises in order to survive has made the “modern factors” continuously enhanced and the traditional “community” diminishing in color. The quiet “transformation” of the traditional corporate character is now triggering another huge social turmoil in Japan following the Meiji Restoration.
