《九年义务教育全日制音乐教学大纲》指出:器乐教学是音乐教育的重要内容之一,对于培养学生的音准和读谱能力具有特殊功效,能促进学生音乐素质的提高。初中音乐教育是我国基础教育课程实施的重要组成部分,同时也是实施美育的主要途径之一。近几年来,伴随着素质教育的不断实施,人们对初中音乐教育的重视程度也越来越高。但由于我国小城镇初中音乐教育的发展基础较差、底子较薄,加上现阶段很多不利的社会因素影响,我国的小城镇器乐教学并没有得到较好的支持,从而导致其还不能很好地适应时代的发展。本文试从现阶段小城镇初中器乐教学的现状、这一项教学实施的作用以及如何开展器乐教学这三方面来写。力求阐述在小城镇初中课堂中开展器乐教学的重要性。 The Nine-Year Compulsory Education Full-Time Music Syllabus states that instrumental music teaching is one of the important contents of music education and has special effects on cultivating students ’pronunciation and reading ability, which can promote the improvement of students’ music quality.
