在上海解放後半年,中学生物教学研究会即有筹备的组织,由上海市教育局领导。从1949年冬到1951年冬二年中发展得很快,各种学习研究形式如大组报告,小组讨论、互助组、观摩展览会等都有。参加的生物教师先後共有二百数十人,在教学效能上质量上,亦有相当的提高改进。可是关於“观摩教学”,由於种种条件的限制,还不能很好的展开。因此,大家虽然经过集体的讨论,而在实际教学上,还不免各自个别摸索,对“观摩教学”的效果问题,亦往往发生种种不同的看法。
Half a year after the liberation of Shanghai, the High School Biology Teaching Research Association is a preparatory organization led by the Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau. From the winter of 1949 to the winter of 1951, the development has been rapid. Various forms of study and study have been reported, such as group reports, group discussions, mutual aid groups, and exhibitions. There have been 200 or more dozen bio-teachers participating in the course. In terms of teaching effectiveness, there are also considerable improvements. There are also many different opinions on the effect of the “monitoring of teaching”.
