目的探讨256层螺旋CT扫描在烟雾病诊断中的价值以及对临床治疗的指导意义。方法回顾性分析23例经256层螺旋CT动态容积扫描的患者,分别进行容积再现、最大密度投影和CT脑灌注成像,对CT脑灌注成像各项参数进行定量测量并做对比统计分析。结果容积再现、最大密度投影能很好地显示烟雾病狭窄段及周围侧枝血管。CT灌注成像双侧狭窄患者血容量(CBV)双侧均加大,达峰时间(TTP)双侧均延长,平均通过时间(MTT)较重的一侧延长。单侧狭窄患者病变侧CBV加大,TTP延长。结论 256层螺旋CT动态容积扫描对烟雾病的特征性表现显示良好,可作为烟雾病的首选检查方式。
Objective To investigate the value of 256-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease and its clinical significance. Methods A retrospective analysis of 23 patients with 256-slice spiral CT dynamic volume scan were volume rendering, maximum density projection and CT brain perfusion imaging, CT perfusion imaging of the quantitative measurement of various parameters and make a comparative statistical analysis. The results of volume reproduction, the maximum density projection can be very good display of moyamoya disease and peripheral collateral vessels. Blood volume (CBV) increased on both sides of CT perfusion imaging in patients with bilateral stenosis, both prolonged peak time (TTP) and longer extended mean transit time (MTT). Unilateral stenosis in patients with lesions side of CBV increased, TTP extended. Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT dynamic volume scan showed good performance for moyamoya disease and could be used as the first choice for the detection of moyamoya disease.
