本文论述了铜矿石与铁矿石在湿磨过程中化学助磨剂对其选择性破碎和破碎分布参数的影响。实验性试验是用实验室型球磨机来进行的。在加入和不加入选定的选择性的化学助磨剂的两种不同情况下,矿浆的性质随调整固体和水的比例而变化。试验表明:两种结果极为一致且有相同的关系。参数用计算机的回归计算程序进行计算。把所得的这些参数推用于工业生产流程时,通过有见识的使用化学助磨剂,产量可以得到大大增加。在实际的工厂实验中,这些计算结果均获得了证实。
This article discusses the influence of chemical grinding aids on the selective disintegration and disintegration parameters of copper ore and iron ore during wet grinding. The experimental test is carried out using a laboratory ball mill. The nature of the pulp varies with the ratio of solids to water adjusted with and without the addition of selected optional chemical grinding aids. Experiments show that the two results are very consistent and have the same relationship. The parameters are calculated using the computer’s regression calculation program. When these parameters are derived and applied to industrial processes, production can be greatly increased through the knowledgeable use of chemical grinding aids. In actual factory experiments, these calculations have been confirmed.
