新课程教学改革已进行了若干个年头,其改革成果已硕硕在目,但是新课程改革的进程和效果却存在着不平衡性。区域与区域之间、学校与学校之间、班级与班级之间、教师与教师之间,这种不平衡性随处可见。其中最为核心的是教师与教师之间对新课程理念的理解、把握和应用的不平衡。这种不平衡造成了课堂教学的氛围大相径庭,甚至“一言堂”“满堂灌”的现象涛声依旧。
The teaching reform of the new curriculum has been going on for several years. The achievements of the reform have been on the upswing, but the process and effect of the new curriculum reform are not balanced. This imbalance can be found everywhere, between regions and regions, between schools and schools, between classes and classes, and between teachers and teachers.
