奥尔忠尼启则采选公司是开采和加工锰矿的主要企业。该公司有7座生产露天矿,装备有10台生产能力为3000～7000米~3/小时的斗轮式挖掘机、52台迈步式电铲、长距离主干线运输机和其它大型生产设备。但是,由于需要完成大量的辅助作业而阻碍了它们的广泛应用。为了缩短辅助作业的持续时间,黑色冶金机械化科学生产联合公司和奥尔忠尼启则采选公司制定了生产过程综合机械化计划,目前很多措施已经完成。
