在介绍水电厂高压气系统工作原理的基础上,总结了水电厂高压气机异常启/停与相应故障的对应关系,提出了高压气系统的关联监测模型,并利用梯级水电厂群远程集控系统提供的海量数据源,建立了水电厂高压气系统远程分析与故障诊断平台。目前,该平台已投入工程试运行,成功诊断出水电厂高压气系统漏气故障,证明了其工程有效性。
Based on the introduction of the working principle of high pressure gas system in hydropower station, the corresponding relationship between abnormal start / stop and corresponding fault of high pressure gas turbine in hydropower station is summarized. The associated monitoring model of high pressure gas system is proposed. System provides massive data sources, the establishment of a high-pressure gas hydropower plant remote analysis and fault diagnosis platform. At present, the platform has been put into trial operation of the project, successfully diagnosing the leakage of the high-pressure gas system of the hydropower plant and proving the effectiveness of the project.
