新课程背景下,要做一个成功的校长,必须把个人融入学校发展中,把教育作为事业,把学校作为生命奠基的场所,把学校教育作为提升生命质量的活动,不懈追求,不断努力,在此过程中逐渐形成符合时代要求的学校管理方式和领导能力;同时还必须从观念、素质和方法等各个层面做出战略性调适,面向中国教育未来的发展,重构自身角色,真正保持与新世纪、新课程的同步成长。这样才能在渐趋深化的新课程改革中引领学校走上科学发展之路,才能提高学校的办学质量与品位。一、课程改革要求校长应规范管理行为学校的教育教学改革必须符合教育规律。在新课程改革中,校长应该在尊重客观规律的基础上规范管理行为,笔者认为应重视以下三个方面:1.推行效能管理。科学的管理机制决定管理效能,也是办好一所学校的关键所在,一个成功的校长必须健全学校
