探讨社会网络与企业内部知识共享在理论上的关联,并在关系层次和结构层次上加以论证,进而研究社会网络关系维度中各种因素对企业内部知识共享存在的影响。重点是构建一种知识共享模式——在任务驱动下基于社会网络的企业内部知识共享模式,并研究其应用过程。该模式应用社会网络理论对企业内部社会网络关系与结构进行分析,以便找出并解决企业内部知识共享问题,最后提出该模式知识共享的管理对策。
This paper explores the theoretical connection between social network and knowledge sharing within enterprises and demonstrates the relationship between the social network and the structure level. Then it studies the influence of various factors on the internal knowledge sharing in the social network. The key point is to build a knowledge sharing model - task-driven social network-based knowledge sharing within the enterprise model and study its application process. This model uses the theory of social network to analyze the relationship and structure of social network in the enterprise in order to find out and solve the problem of knowledge sharing within the enterprise and finally proposes the management countermeasures of knowledge sharing in this mode.
